What does E-Bridge Solutions do?
E-Bridge Solutions (Private) Limited is a Sri Lankan software engineering company building enterprise AI agents and custom business software. E-Bridge Solutions develops three products (Neo-ji, Epitoni and Neo-Jio) and delivers bespoke systems for banking, government, healthcare, telecom, retail and logistics clients.
Do you build AI agents from scratch?
No. Every AI agent E-Bridge Solutions delivers is built on Neo-ji, our own agent platform. Each deployment is configured to the client's workflows, systems and languages, but the orchestration, reliability and integration layers are the platform's. That is why deployment takes days rather than months.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes, and this is the core of most engagements. E-Bridge Solutions integrates through modern APIs where they exist, MCP servers where appropriate, and purpose-built adapters for legacy systems that have no modern interface.
Does our data have to go to an external AI provider?
No. For privacy-sensitive and regulated work, E-Bridge Solutions deploys private small language models on infrastructure the client controls, keeping regulated data inside your own boundary.
Do you support Sinhala and Tamil?
Yes. Neo-ji operates in over 40 languages including Sinhala and Tamil, and handles the mixed-script Singlish and Tanglish that Sri Lankan users actually type. Language coverage is built into the platform rather than added as a translation layer.
How do engagements start?
With a technical conversation about the actual problem, not a product pitch. We will tell you if an existing product solves it more cheaply than a build.
